Corporate Longevity by Well@ focuses on enhancing the well-being, performance, and resilience of corporate professionals. We offer a range of workshops, talk sessions, and retreat programs designed using our unique SMART approach: Supportive Multidisciplinary Assessments, Remediation, and Therapy. Our goal is to empower leadership, foster strong relationships, and cultivate a culture of growth and innovation.

Our programs incorporate Integrative Development (ID), a holistic approach that embraces the seven identities and experiences that shape individuals in the corporate environment.

Relation-SHIP Model

Focus: Enhancing various professional relationships within the corporate environment. Strong relation-SHIPS are crucial for fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.

    Developing leadership skills among educational leaders to guide and inspire Teachers and Students.
  • Mentor-SHIP
    Fostering mentoring relationships between Teachers and Students, and among educators themselves, promoting guidance and growth at all educational levels.
  • Partner-SHIP
    Building effective partnerships between educational institutions and Parents, encouraging involvement and support in the learning journey.
  • Friend-SHIP
    Encouraging positive peer relationships among Students, fostering a supportive and inclusive community.
  • Scholar-SHIP
    Promoting a culture of academic excellence and a love for learning among Students and Teachers in both schools and universities.

    Cultivating a sense of responsibility and care within the educational community, where everyone takes an active role in nurturing the learning environment.
